Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek is possibly the best short trek in the Himalayas. This trek is suitable for people of all ages and in particular, families with children. This trek can be shortened to 4 to 5 days yet still giving you a magical mountain experience in the Annapurna region. An early predawn hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) offers possibly the best viewpoint of the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Tukuche, Varaha Shikhar, and Lamjung Himal. The sun rising over massive snow-covered mountains will leave you stunned. You will pass through villages with their unique characteristics and castes. You will enjoy trekking through the rhododendron forests and the constant presence of the Annapurna ranges.

Irrespective of your previous trekking experience, this trail has loads of appeal and offers a feast for the eyes in its beauty. Uma Holidays Travel & Tours have an excellent reputation in the trekking community. They will take care of all permits, meals, and accommodation on the trek. Just bring a comfortable pair of boots and a good fully-charged camera.
